The short answer
Adults 21 and older may legally possess and use adult-use cannabis in Nevada within the limits in NRS 678D.200. Using it in public, in a vehicle or in a store is not allowed.
Only licensed stores are legal
The only legal way to buy cannabis in Nevada is from a state-licensed retail store. Buying from anyone else, including street sellers or unlicensed "delivery" offers, is illegal.
You can check whether a business holds a state license on the Cannabis Compliance Board's official list of licensees. Tribal establishments are not licensed by the CCB and are not on that list.
Federal law still applies
Cannabis remains illegal under federal law, including on federal land such as national parks and military bases.
