Cannabis Consumption Lounges in Las Vegas

For most visitors, a licensed consumption lounge is the legal place to consume, because hotel rooms, casinos and sidewalks are off limits.

Why lounges matter for visitors

Nevada law bans consuming cannabis in public places and in vehicles. Consumption is allowed on private property where the owner permits it, and at a state-licensed cannabis consumption lounge.

How to verify a lounge

The CCB's List of Licensees includes a separate section for licensed consumption lounges. Only consume at a venue that appears there with a license number. We do not recommend or rank any venue.

Local rules apply too

Lounges also need local approval, and local governments may adopt stricter rules on public consumption (NRS 678B.645).

Questions
